Spicy Margs

Spicy Margarita Recipe

I’ve been reading “The Brand Gap” this summer and loving it.  Its an awesome read for start-ups and entrepreneurs who are looking to build the brand behind their business. The book has some really great ideas and is full of inspiration but now after reading it I am sort of in this awkward dilemma. The book really helped me identify a broader sense of where I want to take this blogging platform, and now I’ve come torealize, in order to get there, its going to require some rebranding.

So naturally I’ve been wrapped up all day in a whirlwind of exciting new ideas and major creative mental road blocks soooo Margaritas.  Hope you enjoy mixing up these spicy margs just as much as I do. Heres to hoping they keep the creative juices flowing!

What you’ll need: (Makes two Spicy Margaritas)

-1-2 large green jalapeno peppers, sliced and seeds removed.

-4 ounces silver tequila

-2 ounces agave or simple syrup

-2 tablespoons sea salt for the glass rim

-2 sprigs of Cilantro for garnish

-Ice

 What to do:

-In the bottom of a shaker, muddle the jalapeno slices with the lime juice.
-Add in the tequila and agave or simple syrup and Ice to shaker and shake to combine and chill.

-Run a sliced lime over the rims of your glasses and dip rim into sea salt.

-Pour mixture from shaker into glasses

-Garnish with the fresh lime and cilantro

Enjoy!
